Events

Alongside the main event, we've arranged some fun get-togethers for before and after the

Wedding Day. These are not officially Disney events, so everyone needs to remain respectful of the

parks & resorts, other guests, keep volumes to normal levels and keep pathways clear.

There is no pressue to attend one of these gatherings, you're on vacation and we want you to have the best time!

These will just be a way of getting the group together to mix & mingle, and enjoy some drinks, snacks and entertainment

at the Most Magical Place On Earth!

Drink Around the World!

April 28th from 12pm

EPCOT's World Showcase

Starting at the Mexico Pavilion, we'll journey around World Showcase, sampling food and drinks from the 11 countries. This is our "hen/stag" but everyone is welcome to join us for the whole adventure, or just stop by for a country or two!

We highly recommend bringing water and maybe a hat. It's still Florida! and would recommend loading a Disney gift card to pay for drinks, as this one could hurt a wallet! Also consider sharing drinks or skipping any countries you're not vibing with.

Theme park tickets are required to attend. There's no pressure to join us if you have other plans, we want you to have a wonderful vacation!

As this is not an official Disney event, we ask you're respectful of the park, guests, cast members etc. And keep volume to reasonable levels and ensure pathways are clear. Otherwise we'll hear from Mickey!

Welcome Luau

April 29th from 6:30pm

Disney's Polynesian Village Resort

Feel the sand in at your feet and see the fireworks in the sky! We'll meet at the beach area of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort to watch the stunning Happily Ever After fireworks, enjoy some tropical cocktails, and mix & mingle island style!

If arriving by Disney bus, travel to Magic Kingdom, then after security use a boat or the Resort Monorail to arrive at the Polynesian. If driving or using Uber, you'll likely need to park/drop-off at "Magic Kingdom" parking, where you can walk or take the Resort Monorail from the Transportation and Ticket Centre.

Food & drinks can be found at 5 different locations, all within close proximity to the beach. So grab a tiki drink, dole whip, flat bread, or whatever suits your fancy! Hawaiian shirts are encouraged!

There's no pressure to join us if you have other plans, we want you to have a wonderful vacation!

Wedding Day

April 30th from 5pm

Disney's Grand Floridian Resort

The main event! Our full day-itinerary will be available on the Itinerary page to see the event schedule.

The Wedding parties and family should be ready by 5:30pm for photos around the Resort. All guests should arrive by Uber/Taxi for 6:30pm ahead of the ceremony at 7:30pm.

After the ceremony, we will be transported to our reception venue where we'll enjoy food, drinks, music, dancing and some magical treats!

Our coach will be available to transport you back to your accomodation when the event finishes at approx 1:30am. If you wish to leave eariler than that, the coach driver should be able to drive you earlier.

We're working really hard to make this an experience you won't forget, and to ensure you have the most magical day possible! Please remember to enjoy every second, relax and don't stress... you're at Disney!

Mini Golf Championship

May 2nd at 10am

Disney's Winter Summerland

Join us for a Jurin Family tradition, the Walt Disney World Mini Golf Championship at Disney’s Winter Summerland Golf Course, located outside Disney’s Blizzard Beach Waterpark!

This highly intense competition will include prizes, and uses the infamous Jurin Family rules. Choose from either the Summer Course, amid surfboards, sandcastles and palm trees or the Winter course, full of giant peppermints, hockey sticks and a melting castle!

Only access is via Uber/Lyft or by driving. Both should use directions and parking for Disney’s Blizzard Beach Waterpark. Winter Summerland is located just to the right of Blizzard Beach’s entrance.

Golf: $19 per Adult, $12 per Child + tax
